The plans submitted by Redrow for outline planning approval are now available on the Exeter City Council website, planning page. http://publicaccess.exeter.gov.uk/online-applications Please note that the closing date for objections/representations is 10th January 2020
A new page has been added that has links to plans submitted for Alphington and fields adjacent to Alphington. The page can be found under “Planning”. The first plan to be added is Redrow’s plan for Alden’s East. (click “read more” to access the links)
The exhibition will take place between 5pm and 7pm on Friday 29 November. Redrow have confirmed that plans of the area between Dawlish Road and Chudleigh Road will be available on Friday, and we are also expecting Barratt to supply plans for their area between Chudleigh Road, and A30.
AVF proposes to hold an exhibition of plans for the Aldens East development. The village hall has been provisionally booked for Friday 29th November from 5pm to 7pm, but the exhibition is dependent on the plans being available from the developer in time. Confirmation will be sent out by email to members.
