Alphin House – Stage 2 development
A planning application 18/1275/FUL has been submitted for three terraced houses and a single storey detached dwelling at Alphin House. This is in addition to the 21 dwellings within the redeveloped Alphin House. Once again there is no mention in the design and access statement of the interface with pedestrians, parents and children on the narrow part of Mill Lane, especially during school start and finish times.
